CPARS

CPARS (or the "Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System") is a system used by the US military to assess a contractor's performance and provides a record, both positive and negative, on a given contractor during a specific period of time. Each assessment is based on objective facts and supported by program and contract management data, such as cost performance reports, customer comments, quality reviews, technical interchange meetings, financial solvency assessments, management reviews, contractor operations reviews, functional performance evaluations, and earned contract incentives.

Birdstrike Control Program's US military contract performance is often entered into the CPARS system, for viewing by other military and governmental agencies. We encourage any governmental agency considering our services to search through all of our CPARS performance reviews. We have never received a score less than "Excellent" for any category for any of our contracts. You can search through the CPARS system here.

We also encourage any government agency to search through all of the performance reviews of any competitor and any other wildlife control program provider. We know the difference in quality will soon become evident.
